| To edit your listing, first log in to your account. Then click on the "View my Shop" link in the top navigation bar. Then click the "Edit" link at the end of your shop description. |
How do I change my password? |
| To change your password, first log in. Then click on the "My Account" link in the top right corner and input a new password. |
When I try to add my shop I get a message that says, "That shop has already been submitted to the directory" but I haven't added my shop yet. |

| Submissions have to be manually approved by an editor. Due to the large volume of submissions this can take some time (usually no more than a few days). |
Can I list my shop in more than one category? |
| You may submit your shop to a second category if you are selling two entirely different types of items (for example quilts and jewelry). Please do not submit your shop to two categories for the same item type (for example jewelry / beaded and jewelry / semi-precious). |

| Make sure you have added your Etsy user ID to your listing. Edit your listing by logging in to your account. Then click on the "View my Shop" link in the top navigation bar. Then click the "Edit" link at the end of your shop description. Add your user ID number and save your shop listing. If you don't know your Etsy user ID number, go to your Etsy shop and look at the url. At the end of the url you will see user_id=XXXX (where XXXX is your user ID number). Please be sure to include only the number, and not the entire url. Please note: this is not your Etsy username! This is a number. |
I'm trying to register/add my shop, and I see a red X (or nothing at all) where the confirmation code should be - what should I do? |
Try listening to the confirmation code (the link for this is below where the confirmation code should be), or try refreshing the page. |
